Now, a bit about us. I’m Karin, I am the one that is at home with the critters most of the time. My hubby, Gregg is here too, when he is working from home. Right now we are sharing in the daily doggy stuff.
We decided to become foster parents since we couldn’t decided on what type of dog we wanted to have as our own family member. We had been searching for a dog and realized that we needed to go through a rescue service instead of the local papers and we are totally against buying a puppy from a pet store. We found a great site called Petfinder.com. There we researched all the different rescue societies in our area. Once we found one that we agreed with, we filled out an application. Soon we had our home visit and then a few days later were approved.
Our journey starts out with a little guy named Skeeter….
